Intensity is a huge component on how the muscle changes. By me personally taking Starr to a new level it will help with the muscle fiber tear just enough to get rounder and fuller. 2023 physique here we come.

WANT MORE INFO ON HOW TO REBOUND CORRECTLY INTO UR GROWTH SEASON JUST DM ME. Amazing progress from . We went up 15-20 pounds on the scale after our first nationals for 2.5 months. Then slowly trimmed down all that weight off. What was left was more mature muscle with less body fat. CAME HOME WITH THE IFBB PRO CARD. I mention scale weight because a lot of competitors are worried about the scale because of past preps (bad habits are hard to break). I’m not saying don’t weigh urself, but u should focus on taking weekly pics. Those are crucial for seeing the aesthetic changes and not losing ur mind.

TEAM ARMOUR ATHLETES . We kicked ass today at GBO ATLAS INFORMATIONAL . 2 first place wins and a second. They all came in with an improved package from the last show. Leaner and fuller equals to better conditioning. And that’s what wins shows.
