We’re excited to welcome back Johanna Pellerin and her incredible team Ascend to SFSBKZ 2026 — for their SECOND TIME! 🔥

📅 November 20–23, 2026
📍 Hyatt Regency SFO • Burlingame, CA
💃 200+ Artists • 200+ Workshops • Performances • Competitions • Social Dancing

Born and raised in France, Johanna is a naturally gifted dancer and artist whose passion and talent have taken her far beyond her roots. After moving to the United States, she continued to grow, evolve, and build her own name in the dance community. Her movement, musicality, energy, and unique style have made her a dancer you can recognize the moment she steps onto the floor. ✨

And she’s not coming alone! Her Ascend team will be joining her once again, bringing their energy, creativity, and powerful presence back to the SFSBKZ stage. After their first experience with us, we couldn’t wait to have them back! ❤️‍🔥

Cesar & Kamila are a growing couple in the U.S. Bachata scene, bringing together their experiences, their love for the dance, and a genuine passion for human connection.

Cesar, originally from Venezuela, has spent nine years training, teaching, and even running his own dance school before moving to the U.S. His style reflects a mix of technique, flow, and a solid understanding of partnerwork that he continues to refine.

Kamila has dedicated the past four years to Bachata, with a strong influence from the FUZE Methodology. Her movement focuses on creativity, musicality, and clean body mechanics, always aiming to stay expressive and intentional.

Together, Cesar & Kamila aim to bring dancers back to what matters most in partner dance: connection, communication, and the shared human experience.

Rena Mathew moves with intention.

From her roots in Indian classical and contemporary to her evolving bachata training, she’s built a style defined by clarity, connection, and artistry.
Now training through the FUZE Methodology, she’s focused on helping dancers express themselves with confidence and authenticity. 💜💚

Thrilled to have Rena Mathew with us this weekend 🤍 Her control, artistry, and passion for dance speak for themselves.
