The Fight Lab TX Fight Lab TX offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA training, with classes for kids and adults, from beginners to professional fighters.

Come try a free week of training with us At Fight Lab TX, we foster personal growth through tough training in a positive and hands-on learning environment. For adults, we offer morning and evening Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Muay Thai classes open to all experience levels. For kids (6+), we offer a blend of grappling and kickboxing training, as well as gi BJJ classes. Our coaches also offer additional MMA training for fighters looking to enter the cage.
