*Kids classes are for children between the ages of 6 and 13 years old. We emphasize fun and discipline while teaching Martial Arts in the Houston, River Oaks area.

*Our Family Classes allow parents and children to work, train, and learn together. Are you looking for fun family activities to do in the River Oaks Area? Our Family Classes teach martial arts in a fun and exciting way that accommodate

s the different needs of each family member. It’s a unique way to spend time with your children doing something you can all enjoy together.

*Adult classes at K*k Sool Won of River Oaks teach all aspects of the wide curriculum of K*k Sool. You’ll learn kicks, strikes, joint locks and throws, acrobatics, falling and more. Some portion of each Adult class includes a workout, getting you in shape not just for practicing martial arts but for living your life at its highest potential.

*Fitness boot camps at K*k Sool Won of River Oaks offer outdoor group exercise classes that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Each student receives a pre-fitness assessment and a structured boot camp session which includes exercise warm-ups, workouts, and cool down/stretching followed by a post-fitness assessment to determine your results. While there are some boot camp instructors who act like drill sergeants, at K*k Sool Won of River Oaks we offer encouragement rather than intimidation.
