Congratulation to our Beast of the Month

Real talk I just love the atmosphere at Mean Green North. I love that everyone pushes each other to be better during every class. The coaches push you to go past your limits and challenge yourself in a safe/injury free way.
My favorite workouts are surprisingly Warrior Wednesdays. It not always pleasant but I love the mix of heavy weights and cardio all mixed in. It definitely helps put those gains in ALL the right places.

Favorite workout song:
Songs by Cardi B and Meg the STALLION Don’t judge me lol.

Mean Green definitely gave me what I was missing in my workout routine by providing a consistent strength and conditioning regiment that works for me my body type.

Fun fact about me: Happily married 15 yrs, Proud Boy Mom to 2 sons and Proud member of the BEST SORORITY in the WORLD Delta Sigma Theta Inc.

-My favorite thing about MGT is going! I love the people, the workouts, and positive gym energy.

-Mondays are my favorite days because I start my week off right.
