We are currently installing batting cages in a new facility that will be opening soon in Katy, Texas, off I-10.

This facility will be our largest job since Oaks Batter Up Texas opened our facility in Houston back in October 1994.

Several months ago, we also did work on a Cricket facility off of Hwy 6 and Beechnut in Houston.

Unfortunately, due to our increased workload of cage installation jobs over the past years, we had to close our facility a few years ago to keep up with the demand of commercial and residential jobs, not only in the Houston area but throughout the State of Texas. We have also experienced an increase of sport related products sales on our e-commerce site -- oaksbatterup.com.

All of this would not have been possible without the support and help that we continue to receive from our friends and customers.

To our followers: If you haven't heard, Oaks Batter up Texas is still open for business and going strong due to our large customer base.

We decided to shut down the facility because we are now installing batting cages all over Texas now and our E-commerce sales of sporting goods and field equipment has increased.

Yesterday, Oaks Batter Up Texas completed installing new nets for the Softball team at Ridge Point HS in Missouri City, Texas.

We also replaced the nets and padding in the baseball dugouts. We replace 8 cage nets for the baseball team several months ago.

I predict that both teams will win district because of the new nets.

For the past few months Oaks Batter Up Texas has been installing nets and building custom net setups at a Chricket Facility located at Hwy 6 @ Beechnut. Eventually, we will set this facility up for baseball and softball.

This is an opportunity that I had not invisioned. We have set up a soccer field for an automobile commercial and installed cages in garages and one installation is coming up where the cage starts at the garage entrance and continues out the back double door onto the deck.

This Cricket Facility is amazing. It is a site to see and watch young kids and adults practicing hitting and pitching.

On a separate note, Oaks Batter Up Texas is now installing turf on baseball, football and soccer fields.

I deleted this picture of our recently completed Memorial Area batting cage installation by mistake just now.

Yesterday's hurricane knocked out our internet, but we still have electricity. Having withdrawal pains because of no TV and I can't process orders from our e-commerce site www.oaksbatterup.com

Pictures of our current installation job will be coming soon. This job is something different that really surprised me.

We are back at Heights High School!!!

Oaks Batter Up Texas installed these two batting cages in 2015. The nets and cable needed to be replaced. Also, we installed two hitting stations a few months and the bullpen last year. We still have some touchup work to do on the bullpen and the stance mats inside the cages need to be replaced.

Heights HS won District last year. Coach Petty, Coach Scarborough and their staff and of course the players did a great job.

I like to also think the addition of the batting cages and bullpen contributed to their winning season. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it.)
