We're welcoming Riverhorse Nakadate at 6pm for the release of Water Lines, a collection of his short stories published by Patagonia.
From Texas marshes to alpine lakes and distant seas, Water Lines: A Life on Marshes, Rivers, Seas and in the Rain is a soulful collection of stories about life on the water, chasing adventure, and finding meaning in wild places.
Blending fly fishing, travel, and raw reflection, Nakadate’s essays explore friendship, loss, and the deep pull of the outdoors—brought to life alongside watercolor illustrations by Sarah L. Stevens.
It’s equal parts rowdy adventure and quiet reverence—a reminder to slow down, get outside, and live fully.
Riverhorse will be in store to sign copies of the book and read an excerpt from Water Lines. We’ll have cold beer and light bites while we do Q&As with Riverhorse, so mark your calendars and join in on the fun!
If you can't make it, reach out and we'll make sure to save a signed copy for you.
