From one former chicken wing to another, give this a go.
The first image is the typical posture, shoulders slightly forward. The middle one is what we often do when we listen people say "shoulders back"!!!! And the last image is when we find a neutral position, with collarbones extended and the ears over the shoulders.
You can see in the last image that this is where the mid back and the supportive muscles around the scapulae come in to help you carry that big ol' noggin.
Any questions? I'm here for them!
