🔥🤼 CAIO FLORES IS TURNING ON THE JETS! 🤼🔥

There’s something special about watching the youngest one grow up around the mats.

For Caio, wrestling has always been right in front of him. He watches the older kids drill, compete, battle through tough positions, listen to their coaches, and keep working toward their goals. And the whole time… he’s been taking it all in. 👀💪

Now we’re starting to see that switch flip.

Caio watches the technique, studies the movements, and then gets out there and tries to imitate what he just saw—the stance, the shots, the sprawls, the scrambles and everything in between. He might be little, but you can already see his wrestling mind beginning to develop.

That’s one of the coolest things about this sport: kids learn by watching, doing, failing, trying again and having fun along the way.

He’s watched so many wrestlers at JFlo Trained chase their dreams, put in extra work and grow through the process. Now it’s becoming Caio’s turn to start creating his own journey.

No pressure. No expectations. Just letting him fall in love with the sport, learn at his own pace, build confidence and enjoy being on the mats. ❤️🤼

School is back — and so is the grind. 🤼‍♂️🔨

JFlo Trained Wrestling Club is kicking off our Back to School Training Cycle with 6 DAYS OF TRAINING EACH WEEK!

Our goal is bigger than just learning moves. We’re preparing our athletes for preseason national events and the upcoming wrestling season by developing:

🔹 Mental performance & toughness
🔹 Confidence under pressure

Freestyle & Greco wrestling develop the skills elite competitors rely on: explosive scoring, upper-body control, mat awareness, chain attacks, and relentless conditioning. These styles improve confidence in scrambles, strengthen positioning, and raise the pace needed to succeed in folkstyle and international competition.
