I am feeling the energy that can only be generated by 10 hoops spinning in one room! Thank you to all who hooped with me tonight! Everyone else - there is still room for a few more! Tonight's class was a beginner basics class. During this week, I will be planning the classes and challenges for this month. Comment here if you have any requests!

Let's make a hoop-date! Tonight 7:30pm at Niamoves! In keeping with the Valentines theme, this month we are keeping our heart in our hoop figuratively and literally with chest/shoulder hooping and we are working on making roses as our arm hooping skill. I would LOVE for you to join me! :-)

Great class tonight with a review of everything we worked on this month (halo, throw&spin, passing, waist hooping, earth&sky, hip hooping, the smear, the cape-twirl, the atomic twirl, and front lifts), a couple new challenges (leg and foot hooping) - and a preview of next month with chest hooping!
