Because you become what you’re around.

The people in your circle influence your habits, your mindset, your standards, and ultimately your future.

Bad company is often silent damage.
It doesn’t always show up as obvious negativity. Sometimes it’s a lack of ambition, accountability, discipline, or vision.

The right circle does the opposite.

They encourage growth.

They sharpen you.

That’s why I’m selective.

As a life coach, I’ve learned that success is rarely a solo journey. The people closest to you can either pull you toward your goals or away from them.

☀️ Sunlight isn’t the enemy — it’s a biological necessity.
Your body was designed to work with the sun, not hide from it completely.

What sunlight actually does:

• Helps your body produce Vitamin D
• Supports hormone balance
• Strengthens bones and muscles
• Supports immune function
• Helps regulate sleep and circadian rhythm
• Can improve mood and mental well-being
• Supports healing and recovery
• Helps nutrient absorption and overall energy

Modern life keeps people indoors under artificial light for most of the day — then we wonder why fatigue, poor sleep, and low mood are everywhere.

The goal isn’t reckless sun exposure.
The goal is smart sunlight exposure.

A few healthy habits:
☀️ Morning sunlight when possible
☀️ Short daily exposure without burning
☀️ Balance, not fear
☀️ Hydration + skin awareness
☀️ Respect your skin type and climate

Sunlight in moderation is health.
Overexposure is harm.
Both things can be true.

Your ancestors lived under the sun.
Your biology still expects it. 🌞

And my goal isn’t rapid weight loss or drastic transformations either.
