1st MCTG

1st MCTG 1st Mission Command Training Group The 1st MCTG is a force and training multiplier. The MCTD structure provides a unique capability to the USAR and the Army.

The 1st Mission Command Training Group (1st MCTG) is part of the 1st Mission Command Training Brigade (1st MCTB)of the 75th Mission Command Training Division (MCTD). The 75th MCTD and its subordinate MCTBs are the only entities that have the mission and capability to train RC Forces in the full spectrum of the Mission Command Staff Training (MCST) continuum. The MCTD executes BCST in all phases of

the ARFORGEN culminating in the preparation of battalions, brigades and higher-level headquarters (HQs) for deployment in the Available phase of the ARFORGEN rotational strategy.
