The awards will be Sunday at Alvin Youth Livestock Arena from 3-6. In the past we have done a pot luck. We can do finger foods or do Spaghetti & Pizza. I will bring ice, tea, Lemonade & water. In the comments please state what you will bring and how many people. We are limited in seating so you may want to throw a chair in your vehicle. We will eat from 3-4 then start awards at 4. I know there are a couple of family’s that will not be able to make it & I truly apologize. It is the only weekend in the next couple of months that I will be in town. I will get with y’all to see when we can get you your prizes.

Finally folks I heard from the buckle maker. They will be shipping them out by Thursday so I will have them next week. We need to set a date!🎉I have a message out to AY asking about their available dates on Sundays in February starting the 16th (that’s my first available Sunday)With that said if so can get it the 16th 2-5 is that a good or do we need to do it on another date?

Hey! I hope everyone had a great holiday season , a great New Year and are staying warm! I received word from the buckle maker that are buckles will not be done in time for our awards on 1/19. They are behind on production, everyone being sick coming back from the holidays. They are looking at the first part of February getting them to me. I will contact them back next week to see if they have a better estimated date of delivery, then I will make a post to discuss dates in February for the awards.

Here are the results from K-Bar-K Winterfest Youth Barrel Race. Thank you to all of you who came out and supported this race! It was fun and we had some fast runs!

Lastly, thank you to K-Bar-K for having all of us out and for the added money & buckles. Kody, Jennifer and y’all’s little family we appreciate all y’all do for the kids and y’all’s support of rodeo!!!

If you’re coming to the Bulls and Barrels they are shutting down Hwy 6 in Santa Fe for the Christmas Parade. You will have to find an alternative route.

Draw for the K-Bar-K Barrel Race 12/7/24! Books will open tomorrow at 3:30 books will close at 5:30.

Dress code: Long sleeve shirt, jeans and heeled riding shoes/boots. No hats please!

Edit: Dress Code is long sleeve shirt, jeans, riding shoe with heel or boots. No hats please!
