Hey fit fam! It’s been awhile! Quick update: I was prepping for a competition about a year ago, Hurricane Harvey came aaaand I fell off - big time. I lost my home, and was forced to move back in with my parents, got depressed and gained some weight back. I lost a lot of my drive and motivation to workout and eat right. BUT in the past couple of months, I’ve found joy, motivation and drive to get back to it. I’m back, feeling stronger than ever and ready to kick butt! I’d love to take y’all along with me on the journey as well. Whether you just want to sit by and watch or physically join me in living a healthy, strong, and HAPPY life -I’d love to include you and help you reach your goals as well. I’m currently prepping for a competition and would love to help you get the body you’ve always wanted and show you how to enjoy it during the process.
