This is where we stand, times ticking and things have been getting done, i’ve rearranged this gym, probably three times and I’ll probably do it three more times as more and more things get in and the closer we get to opening date so keep an eye out for a lot of progress updates as things actually start to takeoff. We should start painting soon getting more gym flooring soon. So lots of cool s**t happening very quickly!

Out with the filler equipment.

As we continues to grow, one thing you’ll notice is that we’re not trying to cram as much equipment into the gym as possible—we’re building a floor where every piece earns its place.

we’ve started replacing machines that were “good enough” with equipment that better serves you guys and the way we train.
