After 8 years we regret to say that Be Elite Baseball Development will be no longer hosting teams. BE has not only been my baby but it’s where I’ve grown as a coach. There’s so much to say but I’ll keep this short. Comes a time in life when you need to pivot, this is that moment. Blessed to have a career in the Houston Astros Organization, but my off-seasons will be different. I’m in love with this game, and I’ll do everything possible to become a better coach to enrich the next generation. Thank you to everyone who truly believed in me and stuck around through the good, bad and ugly. Special thanks to my dude . 8 years ago you were the first parent to join and now you’re a friend. I truly appreciate and value you. If anyone is looking for a solid coach and lessons this offseason I’m available. Much love and GO ASTROS!!! 🍊💙🤘🏾✌🏾

Be Elite Baseball Development is a travel organization with age groups 9-18u. Our mission is to develop each player to a high skill set mentally and physically to the next level. Seasons run from September -June 9-14u, and September – July 15u-18u.

First day throwing with lil Chad. He’s 8 and plays football 🏈 but has interest in baseball. We never know what paths kids want to take but once the interests is there we coach and see where the journey takes them. Nothing can be forced, just genuine actions. Great first day lil dude!!
