Plenty of parking, located on the first floor of the building,and very clean, we pride ourselves on being one of the best boutique gyms in the country! Come see why!

QLF building management has blocked our driveway due to ice, so anyone going to the gym must park below. This situation should improve with warmer temperatures. We will open at NOON today. Please be careful driving and walking! Thank you for your patience and understanding.
