External factors in life are always in motion. That’s why we have to have a strong core. The core of our being is essential. Our core is our foundation. It’s where our strength lies, it’s where our truth is centered, it’s from where our peace eminates.

The same goes for our body. We need a strong core to support our movement. It’s the foundation of our strength. The movement of all of our extremities is connected to our core. The core of our body is essential.

Whatever it is that you want to do. Whatever dream it is that you want to achieve, just start. Start right now. You don't have to wait until you know more, you don't have to wait until you have the right credentials. You don't have to wait until you are at the perfect weight or that your body looks a certain way. Just do one ☝️ thing right now that gets you closer to your dreams and goals. Start exactly where you are, with exactly what you have now.
