Being described as “intimidating” is one of the greatest compliments I’ve ever received as a yoga teacher.

A yogi said that to me tonight before class. In that moment, I knew she was open to receive whatever I had planned to pour into the flow.

Don’t let the hard exterior fool you. I’m learning more and more how to trust and lean into the feminine within myself.

To enter every space bringing love, peace, presence, and positivity… because the world needs more of it.

And honestly, so do I.

I’ve learned that true strength is not just being able to hold power… it’s being soft enough to let the light shine through too.
