✨ Employee Spotlight ✨ Meet Joaquina Schneider, our Membership Director!

Joaquina's journey with Sterling Country Club began in 2015 when she joined the team as a beverage cart girl while attending Texas A&M University. She returned to the Club in 2022 as our Membership Director, bringing her passion for connecting with people and creating exceptional member experiences. When she's not at the Club, you can find her at Orangetheory, exploring new food spots with her husband and son, or catching up on her latest TV series obsession.

Fun Fact: Joaquina was born in Argentina!

We're proud to have Joaquina on our team and grateful for the energy and enthusiasm she brings to the Club each day!

Employee Spotlight ✨

Meet Glinda, our Director of Accounting! A lifelong Cypress resident, she joined the team in 2017 and has worked in accounting throughout her entire career. She attended University of Houston on a volleyball scholarship. Outside of work, she enjoys trips to the farm with her family, spending time with her two grandkids, and starting every morning with CrossFit. We’re grateful to have her on our team!
