Smooth motion means speed and power. Any stop is a lost of time and energy. Stops require energy and time to slow down, stop, and restart your motion again. So to be fast you need to flow. Training starts slow for the body to adjust, with speeding up gradually.

Exercise for social distancing time. Try doing it with closed eyes and obstacles around. Good for coordination, sensitivity, and effective dealing with sudden tensions when you bump into something (or are hit by something/somebody).
