Community Track Night #2: Two Mile TT
RSVP is open for next week. Free and open to all runners, all faces, all paces! Great for runners that have upcoming races or anyone looking to add some structured workouts to their own schedule. Option to join us just for the warmup and guided dynamic drills session or the full workout.
SCHEDULE
Check-in by 6 PM (ensure you have completed this RSVP)
- Warmup Run at 6 PM: We will leave the track for a ~15-minute light run
- Drills: Following the warm-up, we will do a guided session of dynamic warmup, activation, and form drills followed by strides.
- Workout: This week's session will be a 2-mile (3200m / 8 Lap) Time Trial format - don't stress, this is not a race, this is a great way to evaluate current fitness and set your training paces for the next few weeks of training (Coach Cal can help interpret your time to training paces). Following the time trial there will be an option for additional intervals, for those that are in marathon training you should be doing additional volume.
