West University Softball Association - WUSA West University Softball Association (WUSA) is a Houston-area organization created to support and promote girls softball.

WUSA offers recreational teams for girls ages 4-15 and competitive tournament teams for girls ages 7-16. WUSA is a neighborhood organization created to support and promote girls softball. We provide recreational leagues in the spring and fall as well as tournament teams to build athletic skills, self-esteem, and life-long friendships for our players. Our priorities are safety, fun, skills and winn

ing, in that order. We are staffed by volunteers, and we partner with governments, other youth sports associations, and community organizations to achieve our goals within an inclusive environment. We promote and emphasize teamwork and sportsmanship among our coaches and players and strive to appropriately balance competition with participation, recognizing that both are important factors in athletic development. WUSA offers recreational softball teams for girls ages 4-15 and competitive summer tournament teams for girls ages 7-16. WUSA is one of the largest fastpitch softball associations in the United States with more than 500 players on over 50 teams. WUSA has a proud heritage of building lifelong friendships and making family memories. Many WUSA athletes have played NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA softball at the collegiate level. WUSA tournament teams routinely place highly at Metro, State, and National levels.
