Want to get back in action after the holidays? We are hosting a Saturday Olympic Sparring Session for some schools in the Houston area. It is Free to attend, just bring some healthy food for a pot-luck. Color belts will be training and sparring from 11am - 12pm. Black Belts will have their time from 12:15pm - 2pm. However, Black Belts who wish to help the colored belts are invited to participate in the first session. Training attire is whatever your school trains in (i.e. uniforms, martial arts t-shirts, etc.). Be sure to wear your belt! Please bring ALL Olympic Gear necessary. You will not be able to participate without it! We look forward to some hard training, and good matches! (You can check out more information with the flyer attached, or the event page)
