As we head into another season, we’re locked in on empowering young athletes to the next level — on and off the court.

Love seeing our guys get after it in December 💪
Building confidence, getting reps, and creating real camaraderie 🤝

Both teams showed up in a competitive and intense environment 👊

🔥 11U went 1–1
Lost to a very good team by ONE possession

🔥 10U went 2–0
Handled business. Stayed locked in.

These kids are going to be special…

🏀 Mean Green Select 10U 🏀

We finished 3-1 💪🏾 … and even though we fell short to a talented squad in the championship, we couldn’t be any prouder. 💯

Someone said it best:
“Not bad to only have one 10 year old and a bunch of 9-year-olds.” 🗣️

We’re proud to see so many of you compete against kids that are older and kill it. Especially for a team full of unknown players. lol!

Even a National Player of the Year 🏆 in college and an NBA veteran 🏀 said this team is ferocious and full of talent.

For some of the boys to hear that recognition was dope.

Now it’s back to the lab 🧪
Coach is proud of y’all… and I can’t wait to see you take the court again.

It’s that time again — ABA season is right around the corner! You want your kid to be ready, confident, and prepared to take the court.

I’m hosting basketball workouts every Tuesday & Thursday at Explosive Athletics (Atascocita).

🏀 What a Tryout🏀

This past weekend was special 🤜🏾🤛🏾
We want to take time and thank every single athlete that came out to try out for one of our teams. 💚

👏 Congratulations to all the athletes who made the team!
We are extremely excited about the future of this fall season 🏀
The gym was filled with talent, energy, and hard work 🔥

⬇️⬇️⬇️

And a major shoutout to those who didn’t make it this tryout but came and competed.

Why do I say THIS TRYOUT? Because “no” doesn’t define you.
❌ It doesn’t say who you are.
✅ It just tells us what we need to work on.

My hope and prayer is that athletes (and parents) take this as motivation to get back in the lab 🧪💪
to keep improving and sharpening their game.

Many of you will now be training with us on Tuesdays & Thursdays 🗓️
That’s where growth happens, and that’s where the real advantage begins. 🚀
