T H I C C girl season is officially over 😎
I’ve been working with for 38 weeks now to get myself ready for competition prep.
We’ve been able to get my food insanely high which ultimately was the goal, get me in a solid position to begin an extreme fat loss phase.

Starting macros on 8/14/21 were 295g carbs, 55g fat, 130g protein on training days. Cardio 2x/weekly LISS 20 mins.
Currently ending at 420g carbs, 70g fat, and 142g protein. Cardio 3x/weekly LISS 20 mins.
I will be posting weekly updates. You’ll see how my physique will change week to week, how my food changes, and how much cardio I’m doing. I’m not afraid on sharing the details.
It’s been FIVE years since I’ve stepped on stage. I’m nervous as f**k, but more than anything I’m pretty f**king excited.
I will be competing in the WBFF federation. Planned show date is Oct 8th in Dallas.
