Big Shoutout to my guy he just completed the Xtre 90 day challenge.

This is the 1st phase of the programming I give to our members. Which is melting the fat off + conditioning + muscle definition.

2nd phase is to lean out, build strength & increase mobility.

3rd phase is to build a super-hero appearance/physic.

Remember it’s a journey, nothing is overnight. But you have to get started wherever you’re.

completed the Xtre 90 day challenge. Finished ✅ with a phenomenal transformation. The process is not easy, but very challenging.

Cherrice pushed through & didn’t let distraction of OUTSIDE distract her.

She kept making readjustment to improve her daily lifestyle & what she was doing outside of the gym.

Thank you entrusting me & being obedient from day 1.

came to 3months ago & said she can’t believe how she looked at the moment, she didn’t realize how much fat & weight she had gained & she can’t stand it anymore. She also said desired overall mental growth.
