When my NBA career ended, I knew I wasn’t done with basketball.

I just wasn’t sure what the next chapter would look like. Believe it or not, this moment is almost 20 years in the making.

Since my time in the league, I’ve coached thousands of athletes. Every stop taught me something about what great coaching looks like… and what it doesn’t.

Through all of it, one dream never changed.
I wanted to build a place where athletes could be coached the right way. A place where effort is noticed, character is developed, and every player is given the opportunity to reach their potential.

Today, that dream is becoming reality. I’m incredibly proud to be part of building Axis Sports Lab.

This isn’t just another basketball gym to me. It’s everything I’ve wanted to create since I finished playing.

Monday nights are in motion and the growth is already showing. The kids getting better every week, and we’ve already had two earn Player of the Week and another play up 💪🏾🏀

Tomorrow, I’m pulling back up to One World Academy to keep building and pushing the next level.
