💪 This kid works his absolute butt off.

🏃‍♂️ 1-on-1 session with Hudson focusing on speed intervals. Switching between upper and lower body challenges the body to redirect oxygen and blood flow to working muscles. Better cardiovascular control leads to better overall sports performance.

PRACTICE: Deadlift

🏃‍♂️Thomas is a 12-year old elite gymnast with incredible upper body and core endurance. We are able to balance out his training by incorporating more lower body strength training to eventually express explosive power and speed to carry over to the floor exercise and vault. Also just makes him a more indestructible human being. 💪

🐺 PRACTICE: Wolf Pack started a new strength cycle this week. We are able to personalize our guidance based on ability by using tempo.

💪 Using a 32X1 Tempo, we control the eccentric (lowering) portion of the squat so the athletes can learn motor control. We pause for 2 seconds at the bottom to ensure proper range of motion. And we explode up to focus on full muscle recruitment.

👏 Very proud of this group

🐻 Our Cubs having some fun today playing “Catch the Bomb.”

Most important part for developing this age group is that they have FUN and fall in love with physical activity. Through games we can help them develop coordination, spatial awareness, and movement exploration.
