I would like to acknowledge and thank my high school basketball coach, Bob Winter. His dedication, knowledge of the game, and ability to connect with players made a huge impact on me. His influence went well beyond basketball. While skill and talent will get a player on the floor, the ability to take that strength, quickness, and power to the floor will keep him there. While I am not a strength coach, I have been around some elite strength coaches in my 46-year college coaching career. All these strength coaches coached and taught to their personality and beliefs.
