This one was a quick recovery!
The deer was hit early this morning, and I launched around 3 PM. It only made it about 350 yards from where they were hunting — right into some thick cover.
Looks like a solid hit, but it just goes to show how tough these animals really are!
The hunters are heading back in tomorrow morning to see if they can find it expired.
