Non-profit Organization for all men 18 +, no matter the fitness level. Voluntary and peer-led workouts. No one will EVER be left behind! I promise you'll enjoy the pain and the camaraderie...as it's not just a workout, it's a brotherhood.

We meet several days a week and commit to the days that work with our schedule.

FREE MENS WORKOUT. What if I told you that you don't need a gym to get in shape and stay fit?

FREE MEN's WORKOUT right here in Copperfield! We meet several days a week and commit to the days that work with our schedule. Did I mention it is free? Seriously, no strings attached (when have you ever heard that before?).

The workout will be hard, but you will feel accomplished, and you will NEVER be left behind. All fitness levels welcomed!

F3 Black Friday workout begins at 06:30 instead of 05:30. Come on out and work off that Turkey and dressing for 45 minutes. Rain or shine, heat or cold we’ll be there 👊🏽💪🏽

MEN - come on out tomorrow morning to the The Crux (back parking lot of the West Houston Church of Christ) for a FREE men’s workout. Seriously it’s FREE. Haven’t worked out in a while or ever? Doesn’t matter as we will help you along and won’t leave you behind. Bring a pair of gloves (we work out on the concrete), water and a extra shirt for the way home.

Ages 18 and up.

We workout from 06:30 until 07:30. Hope you can join us and reach out with any questions!

Gents - The Crux is back open for workouts while following social distance rules. All Men welcome ages 18 and up. No fitness levels needed - just the drive to better yourself physically and mentally.

We are now meeting in the back northwest corner near the soccer goals.

Also our weekday times changed as follows:

05:30-06:15 on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays

Saturdays are still 06:30-07:30
