Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the workout, it’s walking through the door for the first time.

Reynaldo came to Ball & Chain looking for a change, unsure of what to expect or whether he would fit in.

Fast forward to today: 37 pounds down, Commitment Club earned, endurance improving, and he’s just getting started🔥
