When I started our new FitZone108 programme, I wanted to do something to recognise our unique relationship to the Moy Yat lineage. So I chose to build the programme around Siu Nim Do.

A very happy new year to all those that have supported the Houston Moy Tung Ving Tsun MY5 School throughout the year.

As people are starting to return to work, we'd like to wish you all a very successful start to 2026 and a prosperous year ahead.

For those that haven't been able to make the commitment to train yet - now's a perfect time to start.
