Let’s talk about the real science behind getting that toned, sculpted look — and no, it’s not endless cardio or starving yourself.
I know how confusing it can be with so much misinformation out there, but here’s what actually works (and what I’ve personally done):
🧬 Muscle tone = muscle + low body fat. You need to build lean muscle through resistance training, not avoid it.
🥩 Protein matters. Aim for around 0.8–1g of protein per pound of body weight to fuel recovery and growth.
🏋🏻♀️ Progressive overload. You’ve gotta challenge your body to change—adding weight, reps, or intensity over time.
🔥 Fat loss = calorie deficit. But do it through sustainable nutrition, not crash diets.
🧠 Mindset & patience. Your body responds to consistency, not extremes. And your journey will look different from anyone else’s — and that’s okay.
