Got the opportunity to spend some time inside the Texas Baseball weight room today with Coach Matt, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Texas Baseball.
He showed me around, and we spent over an hour talking training, athlete development, leadership, culture, recruiting, and what it really takes to prepare athletes for the next level.
A lot of what we talked about is the same stuff we emphasize every day at Hybrid.
Super gracious with his time and knowledge. It doesn’t take long being around him to understand why he’s so respected and why Texas Baseball operates at the level it does.
A lot to bring back home. 🤘🏾
