Another fun bike and brew down. Meeting new people and finding new adventures and new routes to ride around Houston are always more fun with a group. Being a Flux member or just a neighbor looking for something fun to do all are always welcome to join our events. November events are about to be posted. Looking forward to our Annual Flux-giving and game night.

Sunday will be closed to take part in the Houston Half Marathon. Come out and join us to watch all the runners and to cheer us on. We will set up near ther FFP running group tent. Normal classes will resume Monday morning at 5am.

Join us for the last 2 events of the month and sign up to learn more about our gun safety course next weekend.. Whether member or not come out and have a little fun with us this weekend. 1st stop is Friday night at Fitzcarraldos. Great atmosphere and amazing drinks. On Saturday grab your bike, boo buddies and let’s ride. We have 5 stops along this leisurely ride and optionally dressing up to spruce up the ride. Bring your friends and enjoy a boo-tastic ride.
Next Sunday will be a gun safety course we’re if you are over 21 you can recieved you LTC(CHL) . More info to come.

This weekend is the our 1st Fluxcursion. This will be a build your own excursion trip. You can choose one or all the events. You can choose to come out Saturday, Sunday, or both days. Fitness doesn’t have to be confined to the gym. Our Flux fit lifestyle expands to fun lifestyle activities. This weekend is open to members and nonmembers alike. Check out Our event calendar and see what’s on the schedule for the weekend. Message me if you’re coming out so I know to look for you at whatever events you choose. The cost of the distillery tour is $21 if you choose. The cost of kayak or paddle board rental is $25 an hour. Bike rental around $25 to $35 or you can bring your own. If you are just in the Austin area and want to join us and meet some new people you’re more than welcome to join. Our Flux Fitness Family door is open to all.
