Working the angles for a hand off situation 🏀

For this workout we simulated the angles of a hand off situation to the top of the key

🔑| it’s important to have the correct footwork when catching the handoff! One of the things i like to teach is having a SQUARE BASE! That stops you from positioning your body away from the goal! Which is your friend in any given situation!
