A Permanent Home for Our Community’s Athletes

Unique Athletes Training Center is being built by the community, for the community.
Our mission is to create a permanent, safe, and fully equipped gymnastics training facility where athletes can grow, families can feel confident, and the local community can rally behind something meaningful. Every dollar raised goes directly toward opening and sustaining this space for our athletes.

Where Your Support Goes (Step by Step)
🏢 Milestone 1: Secure Our Permanent Facility

This covers:
First month’s rent
Security deposit
This step allows us to officially take possession of our permanent location. Without this, nothing else can move forward.
🛡️ Milestone 2: Gymnastics Facility Insurance
$4,000 (Annual Coverage)
This is required to:
Operate legally
Protect athletes, families, and staff
Begin installing equipment
Safety is our top priority, and insurance is a non-negotiable step before operations begin.
🤸 Milestone 3: Equipment for the Facility
$58,000
⏳ 4–6 week delivery timeline
This includes:
Regulation gymnastics equipment
Safety-certified apparatus
Permanent training installations
Once ordered, equipment takes several weeks to manufacture and deliver—so early funding here is critical to opening on schedule.
🛠️ Milestone 4: Facility Renovations
$31,000
⏳ 4–6 weeks (can happen while the gym is operating)
Renovations will:
Improve flooring and safety
Optimize the layout for athletes
Create a welcoming space for families
The gym can be functional while renovations are completed, allowing us to serve athletes sooner.

The remaining funds beyond these core costs allow us to:
Cover startup reserves
Handle unexpected build-out costs
