“Get to know your body! You need to learn how your body reacts and is effected by your workouts. Your focus should be injury prevention by warming up properly, doing your mobility work, and executing lifts with proper technique. In the event you are experiencing a little discomfort, My go-to therapies are myofascial release of some sort and hot epson salt baths, but find out what works for you.
Keep reinforcing those good habits I spoke about above, and don’t rush your progress.”
