Excited to announce my 1st Self Defense/Inner Strength Workshop will be held at The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club (Beaumont)! November 9th, I’m calling all my girls age 12-17 to join me for a couple of hours of empowerment, education, and to be equipped to defend themselves if needed.
