You’re allowed to eat to feel energized, nourished, and taken care of. That shift alone can change everything 🙌

As we come to the close of the Mindful Reset: Sin Culpa Challenge, I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of every single one of you. Whether you showed up every day, some days, or found this season harder to stay consistent, your willingness to start is something to be proud of in itself.
This time of year is busy, emotional, and full of commitments to friends, family, and loved ones, and we fully understand that life doesn’t always allow for “perfect” consistency. This challenge was never about perfection, it was about awareness, intention, and giving yourself grace while still trying.
If you fell off at any point, please know: that does not erase the effort you made or the progress you gained.

A gentle reminder that final photos are due this Friday by 12pm. Make sure to submit them even if you feel unsure; showing up at the end matters, too. And don’t forget, our challenge winner will be receiving the Dyson Airwrap 🎁✨

As we move into the rest of the holidays, enjoy your time with loved ones, rest when you can, and take care of yourself. We have an exciting January challenge coming soon, and there’s no rush, just begin slowly preparing your mind and habits for what’s next.
