Join us Tuesday, September 30th at 6:30pm at the Mont Ripley Chalet for the Copper Country Snowsports Club Parent Informational Meeting.

We’ll share details about our programs – from Intro to our CCSC Alpine Race Teams – and answer any questions you may have. Whether you’re brand new to ski racing or a seasoned CCSC family, this is a great chance to learn more and connect with our community.

The Houghton High School Alpine Ski Team was awarded a grant from the Kelly Brush Foundation for safety netting to be used on the training and racing runs at Mont Ripley. This grant was made available through financial matches from the Houghton All Sports Boosters and the Mont Ripley Race Team.

7 new "B-nets" will be purchased with the funds. Everyone who uses Mont Ripley will benefit from these new safety nets.

We were at the Ski Brule Thanksgiving ski camp this past holiday weekend. We had 2.5 days of fundamentals and another day of slalom training.

I believe this was the most popular Brule camp yet. Everyone knows Ski Brule can't be beat for early snow and wonderful hospitality.
