Why does expansion sometimes feel like a breakdown?

Because in some ways it is - it’s a breakdown of the old patterns. It requires letting go of your perceived limitations and it requires a rewiring of long held subconscious beliefs.

It’s an identity shift as you remember your power and it will be one of the greatest things that ever happens to you - and yet, it doesn’t always feel that way.

Relationships may shift, some may fall away. You may have moments where you feel the need to burn it all down, or cut your hair or change your style…you’ll just know what no longer feels true - even if you’re not sure why.

You’re becoming a new version of you in this expansion - and not everyone will understand.

Most of my clients that I work with one on one or in my mastermind walk through some version of this.

This is because the work we do is deep and soul level.

It’s not for the faint of heart - but it is SO worth what life feels like on the other side.
