The Lenox Method Fitness Solutions, LLC. The Lenox Method is the simplest solution to achieving your fitness goals. I currently train out of Hot Springs Health and Fitness.

The program is built to push your absolute limit and show you that you are capable of achieving anything! My name is Eric Lenox and I am a AAAI-ISMA Certified Personal Trainer/ Nutrition Consultant and a USAW Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach! I also offer training outside of the gym, (in a public setting such as a track, park, etc) same results, less equipment! The program is built to pus

I am based out of Hot Springs, Arkansas and I work with both general population and athletic populations! I became a personal trainer to help people transform their lives and I want to see you accomplish more than you on your own.
