Jazzercise is a 30-60-minute group fitness class combining cardio, strength and stretch moves for a total body workout. The dance exercise program blends jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing into one fun & effective workout! ce necessary, as our certified instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class, you can expect a warm-up, an aerobic workout, a muscle toning & strengthening segment (using weights or resistance equipment) and a stretch to get you out the door.
