What can you do to come prepared?

💦Pre-hydrate: Drink fluids steadily throughout the day.
☀️Apply protection: Use a broad-spectrum sports sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, and reapply just before racing.
💧Carry extra water and electrolytes
⛱️Bring an umbrella for temporary shade no matter where you are.
😀Bring a great attitude!
