The D. Wayne Lukas Scholarship was created by the Arkansas HBPA to help Arkansas horsemen and their families pursue higher education while honoring one of the greatest mentors in Thoroughbred racing. 🎓🐎

If you are a licensed Arkansas trainer, assistant trainer, stable foreman, exercise rider, groom, hot walker, pony person, or the child of someone who is, you may be eligible.

📚 Scholarships available for both fall and spring semesters.
