Hot Springs Village Yoga and Ayurveda with Denise Yoga and Ayurveda Denise M Wagoner is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor. She will travel to India in 2014 to further her studies in Yogic philosophy.

Denise discovered Yoga while stationed in Japan with the United States Air Force in 1993. She continued to be exposed to various modalities of holistic healing while continuing her travel and assignments around the world until her retirement, as a paralegal, from the Judge Advocate Corp in 2006. She explored different modalities of Yoga training and found the teachings of Swami Kripalvanandji (Swa

mi Kripalu) resonated with her continued life path of Sat, Chit, Ananda (Truth, Consciousness and Bliss). Denise is currently enrolled in the Kripalu Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda (a 5,000 year old system of healing) for her advanced Professional Certification. She is a certified Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Therapist and a Reiki Master.
