Thank you Pickleball friends for praying for, over me, and thinking about me! At the end of December I spent 4 days in the hospital after coughing so violently it caused internal bleeding which was a hematoma, Flu A - a respiratory flu, and extremely low sodium. After getting out of the hospital it took 20 days to recover. An Allergist determined that the only allergies I had were grass and cedar pollen and 2025 I was diagnosed with Allergy Induced Asthma from my physician which left me breathless on the court. But the allergist also determined that I probably had lung problems not asthma. The Lord found a Pulmonologist who ran several tests to determine what I had. Asthma was ruled out and said I had COPD which I thought was a bit strange as it had been over 50 years since I had a cigarette. March 19-22 I returned to the hospital with chronic/bad bronchitis that left me voiceless and pretty much lost most of my hearing! I had to write notes to communicate! One week later I had cancer eyelid surgery, so now my vision was limited, However, I directed my last tournament in Arkansas and it didn’t matter how I looked, or little speech, and little hearing, I was determined to go as many players had been following Doug and I for several years! God had healed me enough to go and be a part of what I 💗!
Good news, All the cancer had been removed on my eyelid and I do not have Asthma or COPD! Thank you for praying and thinking of me! BACK ON THE COURT TOMORROW!!👯♀️😎
